Description

Manage complex programs by aligning objectives with organizational strategy and driving cross-functional delivery from planning to execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define program goals, objectives, and project plans including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage risks and issues by implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with program management processes and provide ongoing evaluation and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in program or project management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting key data.
• Experience in program evaluation using evidence-based practices and outcome measurement.
• Experience navigating Louisiana’s governmental, business, and community landscape.
• Ability to work from Baton Rouge, LA on a regular basis.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in business, mass communication, or related fields.
• Industry expertise in clean energy resilient hubs, utility-owned electric grid systems, and reduced-carbon energy resilience.
• Experience working with federal, state, local, or private sector programs.
