You will drive complex technology programs from definition through delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage program scope, requirements gathering, and documentation across multiple systems.
• Develop project schedules, manage budgets, and report status to stakeholders.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and matrixed resources to deliver system enhancements.
• Drive launch plans, track bugs, and ensure feedback items reach closure with partners.
• Escalate unresolved issues to leadership to maintain project momentum.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering large-scale, multi-platform technology solutions.
• Experience managing complex projects involving moderate-impact risks.
• Proficiency in project estimating, scheduling, and tracking.
• Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology products.
• Proven experience with the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Demonstrated people management and team building capabilities.
• Experience interacting with and managing diverse business partners.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related).
• PMP or PMI certification.
