Lead complex technical programs by bridging business requirements and engineering execution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and manage end-to-end project schedules.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical goals for development teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, drive, and manage program dependencies.
• Define program priorities using data-focused analysis and hold stakeholders accountable to established processes.
• Communicate project status, escalate risks, and execute course corrections when projects deviate from goals.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Proven ability to manage development teams and technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience facilitating scrum ceremonies.
• Expertise in translating organizational requirements into specific program goals.
• Ability to track, coordinate, and communicate complex project schedules.
• Advanced presentation skills with comfort speaking to large audiences and stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing dependencies and executing risk escalation protocols.
