Description

Own end-to-end program management for retail and POS initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams across North American time zones.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing comprehensive plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate developers, testers, architects, and product teams to execute projects on track and within scope.
• Translate business strategy into technical roadmaps, making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints.
• Conduct process gap analysis and implement best practices for software development and project management.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all project phases and generate regular status reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years of program management and project management experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of Java, Oracle DB, and Web Services.
• Project experience in Xstore, Point of Sale (POS) systems, or the Retail domain.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Proficiency with JIRA for agile project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and gap analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with North American counterparts.
• Strong work experience in Information Technology or a related field.
