Description

You will lead end-to-end technical projects, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies while maintaining hands-on technical depth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from definition to delivery, ensuring on-time execution within scope and budget.
• Perform architecture and code reviews, troubleshoot issues across front-end, back-end, and middleware layers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prepare effort estimates, and conduct feasibility analyses.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of proven hands-on experience in front-end, back-end, and middleware development.
• Strong coding proficiency in Golang and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including services and architecture.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in project management, including risk management and status reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining technical depth.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in AWS or cloud architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Data Platforms and AI technologies.
