You will own the end-to-end delivery of the Diagnostics Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the productization of the platform from Proof of Concept (PoC) to an industrial-grade, scalable solution.
• Oversee program planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across internal teams and subcontractors.
• Manage the program roadmap, milestones, and deliverables across multiple fiscal years and releases.
• Act as the primary interface between engineering, product management, data science, cloud infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Drive FinOps optimization, cost control, and platform scalability while identifying and mitigating infrastructure risks.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in end-to-end program management for large-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud architecture.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, DevOps, data science, and ML/AI teams.
• Ability to manage multi-year roadmaps, stakeholder expectations, and complex dependencies.
• Experience delivering SaaS-based platforms and productization initiatives.
• Strong communication, leadership, and risk management skills.
