Description

You will drive and coordinate complex platform and cloud service initiatives from design to production launch.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive functional and technical delivery of key initiatives across multiple organizational areas.
• Collect business and systems requirements to write clear technical specifications.
• Partner with engineering managers to estimate work efforts, define priorities, and manage resources for large-scale strategic projects.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and operations teams to design, scope, and oversee features.
• Track issues, risks, and project dependencies to ensure timely mitigation and resolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of work experience, including at least 3 years as a Technical Program Manager.
• Technical knowledge of Microservices and Distributed Systems.
• Experience with AWS.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, Aha, Excel, and PPT.
• Demonstrable experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Strong ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java and C++.
