Description

Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for complex software deliveries, managing cross-functional teams and client expectations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from requirement gathering and solution design through UAT and production transition.
• Manage client relationships, defining scope, project plans, and deliverables aligned with the Statement of Work.
• Drive Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Oversee project governance, including risk assessments, change requests, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
• Mentor team leads and technical consultants to ensure continuous learning and adherence to quality and security standards.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in software development and project management.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end project deliveries in an Agile IT environment.
• Proven experience managing 20-30+ team members, including Senior Engineers, Tech Leads, and Solution Architects.
• Technical expertise in Java/J2EE, RESTful APIs, and object-oriented analysis and design.
• Practical knowledge of React, Angular, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud-native development, specifically GCP.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Ability to manage distributed teams across different locations and time zones.

Preferred Skills

• PMI, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
• Experience with DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Background in data integration or analytics projects within Supply Chain or Finance industries.
