Description

You will manage technical programs focused on modernizing legacy J2EE and Java applications, coordinating delivery across onsite and offshore teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of legacy J2EE and Java-based applications within a diverse technology landscape.
• Manage lift and shift migration processes and oversee technical execution within AWS and DevOps frameworks.
• Coordinate delivery between onsite and offshore teams to ensure program alignment.
• Collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups to drive technical execution and project milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in technical program management.
• Strong background in Java and J2EE development.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps processes and practices.
• Proven track record in legacy application modernization.
• Experience managing lift and shift migrations.
• Ability to coordinate work between onsite and offshore resources.
