Description

You will manage end-to-end delivery of consumer device programs, specifically AR product development.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering prototyping, demos, quality programs, and product initiatives from inception to production.
• Articulate program technology, requirements, goals, and milestones to cross-functional partners.
• Set milestones, identify dependencies, communicate status, and resolve blockers across hardware and software teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, prototyping, and quality teams to define long-term strategies and roadmaps.
• Design and implement systems to enhance product quality, testing, and engineering infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager managing software or consumer device programs.
• Proven track record delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery.
• Experience building systems and processes for demos, prototyping, quality, testing, automation, or system engineering.
• Experience developing software or hardware roadmaps for complex consumer hardware products.
• Deep knowledge of software development and product development processes.
• Hardware development experience.
• Cross-functional team leadership and relationship building.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on engineering experience running scripts.
• Prior experience in software, firmware, or hardware development.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Scrum Master.
