Description

You will own and drive end-to-end technical implementation programs and workstreams focused on internal tooling enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-quarter roadmaps and create detailed work breakdowns, milestones, risks, and success metrics for key initiatives.
• Facilitate continuous planning sessions to adjust priorities and ensure alignment with business goals across technology and product partners.
• Monitor execution progress, surface risks to stakeholders, and drive course corrections to minimize delays.
• Manage dependencies across multiple projects and teams, ensuring clear tracking and timely resolution.
• Maintain data hygiene and accurate reporting within the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) to support transparent status updates.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management overseeing high-complexity, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong technical competency to communicate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical challenges.
• Proficiency with program management methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with project management tools, specifically the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to fast-paced environments.
• BS/BA in technical/information science or equivalent experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Azure DevOps.
