Description

You will lead cross-functional technical programs involving AI platforms and Certinia (FinancialForce) from end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large programs, defining roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risks across engineering and business teams.
• Drive execution using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid models to ensure predictable outcomes and stakeholder transparency.
• Lead executive-level status reporting, risk mitigation, and decision-making forums.
• Design, deploy, and operationalize Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows and RAG-based agents.
• Coordinate integrations between Certinia, Google Cloud, and AI services while ensuring governance and compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale programs involving complex systems and integrations.
• Hands-on exposure to Agentic AI, including LLM-based systems deployed in production.
• Experience working with Certinia (FinancialForce) on Salesforce, specifically PSA and Financial Management modules.
• Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to establish success metrics for AI agents, covering business impact, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI solutions with Certinia platforms.
• Understanding of financial operations, professional services automation, or revenue lifecycle management.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Salesforce/Certinia certifications.
