Description

You will lead technology initiatives and manage the delivery of complex technical programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional initiatives by applying a deep understanding of the technical stack.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and dependency tracking.
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the lifecycle.
• Lead technical discussions and decisions alongside engineering teams.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, product, and engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management or software development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, .NET, React, Python, Angular, and Git.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Ability to understand architectural decisions and their downstream implications.
• Skill in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure as code.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
