You will own the execution of complex technical programs from inception through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, multidisciplinary projects and lead cross-functional teams to completion.
• Create and manage detailed data conversion project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive initiatives across multiple areas while influencing without direct authority.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager or similar technical project management role.
• Strong technical background in software development, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile Scrum or Waterfall.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on scalable solutions.
• Ability to research and evaluate information sources for reliability.
• Basic Card Domain knowledge.
• Experience training team members on organizing and reading data.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
