Description

You will coordinate and oversee the implementation of enterprise-level Order Management Systems (OMS) within supply chain operations. You manage relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure system stability and scalability. You drive infrastructure decisions, security protocols, and data architecture improvements. You lead system enhancement initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts across the platform. You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse teams and leadership to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive infrastructure decisions, security protocols, and data architecture improvements.
• Lead system enhancement initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate technical concepts to diverse teams and leadership for alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role (Tech Lead, Architect, or similar).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, GitHub, Azure, PostgreSQL, Dynatrace, and MQFTE.
• Strong understanding of systems thinking, data flows, and hybrid/on-prem environments.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing large-scale enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-team discussions.
• Ability to deliver clear technical presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in supply chain operations technology.
