Description

You will lead AI/ML-driven automation initiatives, partnering with product and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups—including Research, Operations, Support, and Legal—to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements. You will drive the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions, such as chatbots and intelligent automation workflows, to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program roadmaps, tracking milestones to ensure alignment with organizational goals and the broader AI/automation strategy.
• Monitor dependencies and risks, escalating issues to keep leadership informed and aligned on key decisions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to refine automation initiatives and drive business impact.
• Coordinate between teams on model training, deployment, and monitoring for AI/ML projects.
• Support multiple initiatives while working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical program management, supporting cross-functional technology projects.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven automation strategies, including natural language processing (NLP), chatbots, or machine learning applications.
• Experience working on AI/ML projects, specifically coordinating between teams on model training, deployment, or monitoring.
• Understanding of automation frameworks, intelligent chatbots, and AI-powered workflow optimization.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across engineering, product, and operations teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PgMP, or another relevant program management certification.
• Experience in a fast-paced operations or PMO team within a software or AI-focused company.
• Familiarity with AI/ML compliance, ethical considerations, and responsible AI principles.
