Description

Lead a multi-million dollar Utilities Transformation Program, delivering scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes across multiple workstreams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own program governance, planning, execution, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and benefits realization.
• Develop staffing strategies and optimize utilization across onsite, offshore, and third-party resources.
• Serve as the primary interface with executive leadership, providing status reporting and steering committee updates.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business, operations, technology, and vendor organizations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Proven track record managing complex enterprise programs and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the Utilities industry (Electric, Gas, Water, or Energy).
• Strong skills in risk management, dependency tracking, and resource planning.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Ability to drive timely decision-making and issue resolution.
