You will manage complex technical programs from initiation through delivery, driving execution across engineering teams and stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution for technical projects and programs from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate efforts across engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage operational tasks, including system upgrades and maintenance windows.
• Facilitate clear communication between developers and external clients.
• Manage high-stakes escalations and ensure detailed execution focus.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Proficiency with tracking tools: Jira, ServiceNow (SNOW), Kanban, and ITSM practices.
• Experience supporting open-source distributed applications.
• Proven understanding of software engineering, big data, and/or cloud environments.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detailed execution.
• Excellent communication skills for managing meetings and external stakeholders.
