You will own end-to-end program execution for complex software and hardware initiatives, connecting engineering delivery with business outcomes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution from concept to launch, ensuring on-time, high-quality releases.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and QA teams to deliver key milestones.
• Drive alignment, remove blockers, and streamline delivery across global teams.
• Communicate program status clearly to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement to accelerate delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing complex software/hardware programs within the SDLC.
• Strong technical understanding of distributed systems.
• Experience collaborating with QA processes to ensure product quality.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in technical program management.
