Description

Lead end-to-end program delivery for large-scale cloud and AI/ML platform initiatives from strategy through launch.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Architects to align deliverables with target state architecture across domains.
• Lead cross-functional Agile Release Trains and program increments, facilitating PI Planning, sprint reviews, and dependency management.
• Translate ambiguous business and technology requirements into well-scoped epics, features, and milestones with clear acceptance criteria.
• Define and track engineering KPIs, including DORA metrics, and report to senior leadership.
• Manage AIML program portfolios, including MLOps platform buildout, model deployment pipelines, and responsible AI compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in technical program or project management.
• Proven delivery of cloud-native programs at scale using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or data platform programs.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and Project Governance.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tooling.
• Experience driving cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including up to C-suite level.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Practitioner certification or background in software engineering/solutions architecture.
• Experience with GenAI/LLM production deployments or FinOps/cloud cost optimization.
