You will lead large-scale, cross-functional technology programs with a focus on digital engineering and mobile application development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital engineering programs, ensuring alignment with mobile application development goals.
• Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and enforce Agile methodologies across teams.
• Drive delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from conception to release.
• Support software development projects by identifying risks and removing blockers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience supporting Software Development projects.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM).
• 3+ years managing Digital Engineering programs.
• Significant experience supporting mobile application development.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
