Description

You will serve as the Scrum Master and Technical Program Manager for multiple e-commerce backend development teams, driving Agile leadership and process optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support Program Increment (PI) planning to ensure feature visibility and alignment across the development lifecycle.
• Partner with Product Owners and Architects to maintain a refined backlog with Sprint +2 readiness.
• Identify, track, and resolve blockers, escalating risks and dependencies to maintain delivery flow.
• Manage tools, sprints, releases, and reporting using Jira, GitHub, Atlassian suite, and Xray.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master, Technical Program Manager, or similar role within software development.
• Strong expertise in Jira, including backlog management, sprints, releases, and reporting.
• Proven experience leading Agile teams in e-commerce or backend systems.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to coach teams and stakeholders to eliminate anti-patterns and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Background in the automotive industry or exposure to AI/ML tools for Agile optimization.
