Description

Lead end-to-end technical projects within the data space, driving delivery from inception to completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate between engineering, data science, product management, and business units to maintain alignment.
• Own project lifecycles independently, managing risks and providing regular milestone updates.
• Allocate resources, including team members and tools, to optimize project outcomes.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain data integrity and high delivery standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management focusing on data-centric projects.
• Experience managing complex projects within the fintech industry or similar environments.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Experience with data analytics and various data technologies.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying issues and implementing solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a technical or related field.
