Drive technical and product programs within the Risk & Trading space by aligning engineering efforts with business outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies and roadmaps for technical program management.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to prioritize technical efforts and define program features.
• Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define program scope.
• Build implementation plans in coordination with development and QA teams.
• Monitor engineering trends to ensure program alignment with current technology.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with Software Engineering teams.
• Experience interfacing with Product Managers and QA teams.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing Tech and Customer Support stakeholders.
• Ability to define, evaluate, and prioritize program implementation plans.
• Capacity for occasional travel to offices and industry events.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing programs within distributed systems environments.
