Description

Lead complex, multi-disciplinary technology and automation projects from conception through execution. Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issue mitigation across 75+ cross-functional teams. Provide technical leadership through hands-on development and test automation. Negotiate and provide regular updates to leadership on project status and alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Principal Technical Program Management or Engineering Management.
• Proven track record of hands-on technical experience in development and test automation.
• Expertise in managing complex project plans and dependencies.
• Strong proficiency in risk and issue management.
• Ability to manage technical and functional requirements for large-scale projects.
• Experience driving alignment across highly distributed, cross-functional organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
