Description

Formal Job Description
This individual will oversee complex technical programs, coordinate with engineering teams, manage technology vendor relationships, and ensure successful delivery of customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex technical programs including scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary liaison with technology vendors and cloud partners
  • Lead coordination efforts supporting cloud migration and data platform programs
  • Manage communication across engineering teams, business leaders, government stakeholders, and executive leadership
  • Drive program execution using Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery methodologies
  • Manage multiple concurrent technical programs simultaneously
  • Coordinate with cloud providers including AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Ensure successful delivery of customer-facing technical initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active Secret clearance minimum
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or delivery leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering federal programs
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent technical programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities
  • Experience managing relationships with technology partners and cloud providers
  • Understanding of Agile and structured delivery methodologies
  • Technical fluency with modern data platforms and cloud architectures

Preferred Qualifications

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience supporting Databricks environments
  • Experience with AI/ML, analytics, or modern data platforms
  • Familiarity with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, and ETL/ELT concepts
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance requirements
  • PMP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent certifications
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Prior experience in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Account Management environments
