Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project management for AI/ML initiatives, including scoping, planning, scheduling, execution, risk management, and delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables by collaborating with data science, engineering, and product teams.
• Implement and enforce Agile/Hybrid project management methodologies and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide clear status reports to leadership.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in project management.
• 2+ years managing AI/ML or data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing cloud-based AI/ML projects, preferably with GCP.
• Extensive experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting complex project updates to executive leadership.
• Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy to ensure measurable business value.
