Description

Lead the technical proposal process and program design for Federal contracts.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs, including Q&A and supplemental information, to identify and clarify vague or unclear requirements.
• Design program and team structures based on specific client preferences.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop technical solutions and program frameworks.
• Draft key proposal sections and coordinate with Capture Managers and proposal teams to assemble final submissions.
• Manage the RFP lifecycle from initial review to final assembly.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program or proposal management.
• Proven track record with Federal contracts of comparable or larger scales.
• Extensive expertise in proposal development and technical writing.
• Strong background overseeing IT O&M projects involving both infrastructure and application components.
• Experience working with SMEs to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing proposals specifically for large-scale Federal contracts.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of team collaboration.
