Own complex engineering programs and agile delivery for mobile and cloud initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering programs using Scaled Agile and Scrum Master practices.
• Supervise teams and manage day-to-day operations.
• Drive Continuous Integration and TDD adoption across development workflows.
• Integrate cloud services with Android mobile applications.

Required Skills

• 8-12+ years in Engineering, Program Management, or Scrum Master roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a team supervisor or manager role.
• Advanced expertise in Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Strong background in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with Continuous Integration pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud and software/service development integration.
• Understanding of Android mobile application development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fast-paced environments.
