Description

Lead technical infrastructure delivery for office buildouts and expansions, bridging Real Estate, Corporate IT, and construction teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functionally between internal teams, construction trades, and external vendors to deliver technical solutions.
• Manage design, bid, implementation, and commissioning for ISP connectivity, low voltage cabling, network infrastructure, and AV systems.
• Partner with Corporate Security to implement network integration for access control and surveillance systems.
• Develop drawing packages and specifications to support project design and execution.
• Manage project schedules, risk mitigation, and budget guidance for FP&A.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or Project Management.
• Experience managing low voltage, network infrastructure, and audio-visual scopes of work.
• Ability to manage the full project lifecycle from design and bidding to handover.
• Experience coordinating with construction trades and third-party service providers.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules and executive communications.
• Experience in procurement coordination and budget monitoring.
• Ability to identify, monitor, and mitigate project delivery risks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of architectural design processes, including schematic design and construction documents.
• Understanding of commercial real estate construction and engineering plan drawings.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
