Roles & Responsibilities

• Scope and deliver large technical projects end-to-end from conception to production launch.
• Collect business and systems requirements from internal and external customers for project planning.
• Write detailed technical specifications and drive project schedules from design phase to release.
• Lead and coordinate design and implementation efforts between internal teams and external merchants and vendors.
• Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market while maintaining quality and technical standards.
• Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional and remote project teams.
• Manage case management system serving hundreds of tenants with tens of thousands of users processing millions of cases.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
• Break down large complex projects into manageable pieces and develop functional specifications for successful delivery.

Experience Required Strong technical program management background with demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects. Well-rounded technical background in current web technologies required. Must thrive in entrepreneurial environment with ambiguity and competing priorities
