Description

Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical projects from conception to production launch, managing complex case management systems for multi-tenant environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project schedules from design phase to release, writing detailed technical specifications and breaking down large projects into manageable functional pieces.
• Coordinate design and implementation efforts between internal teams, external merchants, and vendors, ensuring alignment on goals and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze business and systems requirements from internal and external customers to optimize time-to-market while maintaining quality standards.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs against technical constraints for systems processing millions of cases.
• Lead cross-functional and remote teams, communicating roles and responsibilities to resolve ambiguity and competing priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in technical program management with a proven track record leading medium to large projects.
• Strong background in systems design, project management, and web technologies.
• Experience with stakeholder management and strategic planning in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to manage multi-tenant architectures and case management systems at scale.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and technical specification writing.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and merchant integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of distributed systems, automation technologies, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Familiarity with the Amazon business ecosystem.
