Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines for successful delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks by proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing effective risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for optimal project implementation and success.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed while providing regular status updates to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate project planning and risk synthesis while validating outputs according to data sensitivity requirements.
• Promote reuse-first AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts and reporting with proper human review and quality standards.

Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in fast-paced environments, demonstrated proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving, proven experience in project lifecycle management including influencing decision makers, prior experience as business analyst or project management role
