You will lead complex technology projects, managing end-to-end delivery from planning through execution while mitigating risks and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks by proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing effective strategies.
• Collaborate with software development, QA, and business stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate project planning and risk synthesis while validating outputs for data sensitivity.
• Promote reuse-first AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts and reporting with proper human review.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
• Strong skills in Technical Program Management and Project Management.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Confluence, and Jira.
• Proven business analysis capabilities and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving.
• Experience in project lifecycle management including influencing decision makers.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Technical fluency with current platforms and software tools.
• Experience validating AI-assisted plans and recommendations.
