Description

You will manage large-scale programs and transformations, leading PMO teams and driving end-to-end delivery for C-suite stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive programs end-to-end through initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
• Lead teams of PMO executives and facilitate decisions using strong critical thinking.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders and MNC clients to resolve wide-ranging issues.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage complex program lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional work experience.
• 4-5 years specifically managing large programs or transformations.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Demonstrated experience presenting to and working with C-suite audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
