Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT programs, focusing on data center infrastructure, cloud setup, and AWS migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT programs, ensuring execution remains on schedule and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive program plans, defining milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and resources to align with strategic business objectives.
• Coordinate with software engineers, IT architects, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to drive technical execution.
• Lead change management activities to facilitate the adoption of new systems and monitor program budgets.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total professional experience, with 10+ years dedicated to project management.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT programs in technical or software development environments.
• Hands-on technical background in IT infrastructure, networking, and public cloud technology.
• Experience in Transaction Banking, specifically Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Core Banking.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Azure, AWS, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of data center and infrastructure areas including Compute, Storage, Network Virtualization, HCI, and SD-WAN.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and IT operations.

Preferred Skills

• MS in Technology.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
