Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology programs from planning through production delivery
• Manage roadmap, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, QA, and Operations teams
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, and delivery excellence
• Provide executive-level status, metrics, and program reporting
• Identify blockers and drive cross-functional resolution
• Manage program governance, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure delivery meets security, compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Technical Program experience with active PMP certification
• Strong experience delivering enterprise technology/software programs
• Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience with proven delivery track record
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud, data, software development, or infrastructure
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills
