Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs using SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Drive transformation initiatives across financial service workstreams.
• Coordinate delivery for complex domains such as payments, liquidity management, or trade finance.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of Technical Program Management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Functional domain expertise in cash management, payments, receivables, liquidity management, working capital solutions, commercial card programs, or trade finance.
• Program Management expertise.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Core banking platforms.
• Familiarity with accounting principles.
