Description

You will manage software delivery projects, ensuring cross-functional digital products are delivered on time, on scope, and within budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage roadmap planning, sprint planning, backlog management, and dependency tracking.
• Track risks, issues, and action items (RAID) and escalate appropriately.
• Coordinate work across distributed, globally dispersed teams and align stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years managing software or technology delivery projects.
• 2+ years in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proficiency with Jira, GitHub/GitLab (self-hosted), and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud-native delivery.
• Strong skills in scope, schedule, and release planning.
• Ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
• Strong meeting facilitation and decision tracking skills.
