You will own the end-to-end execution of complex corporate transactions, from deal initiation through Day 1 readiness.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain master deal timelines, project plans, RACI matrices, and central trackers.
• Define cadence for leadership updates, working team meetings, and status reporting.
• Launch and maintain deal data rooms, managing access, structure, and document uploads responsive to RFIs.
• Drive operationalization plans from signing through close, coordinating entity setup and systems configuration.
• Proactively flag risks, blockers, and dependencies across 12+ cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Direct experience with M&A, partnerships, or venture project management.
• Proven track record in deal execution and operationalization.
• Strong understanding of financial close processes, entity setup, and intercompany accounting.
• Experience managing data rooms and diligence processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt plans as inputs evolve.
• Strong facilitation skills for kickoffs, standups, and executive readouts.
• Structured thinking with attention to detail and strategic big-picture awareness.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Finance or Business Operations.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
