You will manage technical operations and workflows to improve developer efficiencies and drive organizational strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical problems by identifying straightforward solutions and managing risks.
• Organize project timelines, secure commitments, identify critical paths, and triage bugs.
• Analyze technical designs and monitor launch operations using data-driven metrics.
• Influence roadmap priorities, software design changes, and operational excellence improvements.
• Apply processes and standards to minimize overhead while ensuring successful software delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or technical operations.
• Proven track record of shipping stable, scalable systems to production.
• Experience managing project scope, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk mitigation.
• Strong ability to analyze technical designs and communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using data to guide roadmap priorities and drive improvements.
• Ability to facilitate constructive dialogue and tie-break technical decisions.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading project teams in agile environments for Cloud (K8S) infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of incident management, monitoring workflows, and engineering support models.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jenkins, PagerDuty, Confluence, and Jira.
