Description

You will own cross-team program tracking, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder reporting to ensure timely delivery of technical deliverables.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily ceremonies and team health metrics to maintain velocity and transparency.
• Coordinate quarterly big-room planning and manage cross-team dependencies with the PMO.
• Track impediments, remove blockers, and manage risks to protect team deliverables.
• Produce accurate program reports and milestones for stakeholders.
• Coach teams on responsible quarterly commitments and Agile practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or Scrum Master.
• Deep expertise in Agile software development methodologies at scale.
• Proficiency with Jira, GitHub integrations, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
• Strong project planning, quality management, and resource management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or product development field.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and manage stakeholders across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with video engineering teams, including streaming, LIVE/VOD content delivery, and Adtech (CSAI/SSAI).
• Technical understanding of iOS, Android, and Roku platforms, including device fragmentation challenges.
