You will lead technical program management initiatives, focusing on Okta migrations and information security coordination.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical program management initiatives across multiple groups, teams, and managers.
• Lead Okta migrations, leveraging technical Okta experience and familiarity with modern software development practices.
• Influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven reporting and strong communication.
• Collaborate with information security teams to ensure alignment with security controls and risk management frameworks.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• BSMS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record of successful technical program management in high-performance teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence leadership.
• Experience working with information security teams.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices (containerization, microservices, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of Project Financial Management, Project Governance, and Project Planning.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures.
• Understanding of Enterprise Security controls and risk management.
• Familiarity with OWASP standards.
