Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Track program progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Communicate program status, milestones, and issues clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive alignment across teams to ensure successful execution of program objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in technical program management or project management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Project Management principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience working in the technology industry with large-scale, consumer-facing products.
