You will manage technical programs across computing, storage, and end-user support systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management for computing, storage, and end-user support infrastructure.
• Track and report project progress using Azure DevOps.
• Lead cross-functional delivery by coordinating with Systems & Software Engineering and Operations.
• Manage ticket escalations and oversee workflows within the ticketing system.
• Direct the product lifecycle from hardware engineering and support through deployment and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for tracking and reporting.
• Experience managing hardware engineering, support, maintenance, and deployment lifecycles.
• Strong background in managing ticketing systems and handling escalations.
• Practical application of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs.

• Any Graduate degree.
