Description

You will drive the delivery of strategic technology programs and manage multiple projects to ensure successful releases of shippable products.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of strategic technology programs by organizing multiple projects under a single program structure.
• Facilitate release planning exercises with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, marketing, and legal.
• Coach and mentor Scrum teams to adopt frameworks that improve productivity and quality.
• Manage program schedules, dependencies, resources, and costs to meet deadlines.
• Communicate program status and critical path aspects to senior management and executive sponsors.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing technology projects and business process improvement.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Proven expertise driving projects through the entire SDLC.
• Experience developing SaaS products and technologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong command of MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management information systems or a related technical field.
• Ability to communicate technical and business concepts to stakeholders from developers to executive management.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in financials, mortgage, or real estate industries.
