Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise programs involving Pega and non-Pega components.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program delivery by aligning technical execution with business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables through stakeholder coordination.
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to plan development and integration efforts.
  • Drive sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.
  • Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery health.
  • Coordinate UAT and production deployment planning.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in a Program role.
  • Working knowledge of Pega platform capabilities, including case management, decisioning, and rules.
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and large-scale enterprise programs.
  • Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, PMP, or CSM frameworks.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience delivering digital transformation or automation initiatives using Pega.
  • Background in BFSI domains.
  • Hands-on understanding of Pega applications such as Customer Service, Sales Automation, or Smart Dispute.
