You own the execution of complex hardware and software development programs from inception through mass production.
Responsibilities
Achieve project objectives regarding schedule, specification, budget, and quality delivery.
Maintain and track formal project plans, including schedules and deliverables from EE, ME, ID, FW, and other teams.
Communicate engineering requirements, specifications, project schedules, and budget constraints across cross-functional teams.
Manage project planning, resource allocation, reporting, and escalation.
Serve as the primary interface with manufacturing partners, establishing schedules, financial parameters, and technical requirements from project initiation to launch.
Required Skills
5+ years of relevant technical program management experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Experience managing hardware/software tool procurement and vendor relationships.
Ability to administer formal review processes to validate development phase completion.
Experience supporting Test/Assembly processes, including test code verification and bug reporting.
Familiarity with SoC silicon vendor engagement for technical support.
Experience in design review, DFM, and DV plan execution with manufacturing teams.
Strong background in Electrical Engineering principles.
