You will drive end-to-end program outcomes for core customer platforms, focusing on Salesforce and related systems.
Responsibilities
Drive Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing program outcomes, including integrations with internal customer platforms.
Act as the bridge between Sales, Revenue Operations, Engineering, and Business Systems to ensure compliant quoting, contracting, and invoicing processes.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive clarity and accountability across the program lifecycle, defining KPIs and measuring business impact.
Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, lead design discussions, and facilitate technical trade-off decisions for pricing and feature implementation.
Identify and manage upstream/downstream dependencies across Salesforce, ERP (NetSuite), and billing systems.
Required Skills
8+ years driving strategic technical programs in technology companies.
Deep experience with Salesforce, specifically Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.
Strong exposure to subscription management, usage/consumption, or metered billing models.
Experience integrating with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite or similar.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions with incomplete data.
Experience influencing VP+ stakeholders on complex technical topics.
