Lead complex, end-to-end programs in a matrixed environment, balancing strategic planning with tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional programs and define KPIs to track execution and outcomes.
• Develop workback plans, detailed project plans, and workstream requirements to act as the source of truth for stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end execution of in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
• Build consensus and align executive teams on program outcomes without direct authority.
• Foster a planning environment centered on co-creation and iterative development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading multiple complex programs end-to-end.
• Proven ability to manage program lifecycles in a matrix environment.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to visually communicate complex topics and influence stakeholders.
• Experience driving cross-functional projects independently.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and rapport across organizations.
• Skill in creating compelling narratives to align teams on challenges and opportunities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
